EDI Survey

Sports analytics involves the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sport/athlete data to gain a competitive advantage for a team or an individual athlete. The sports analytics profession has grown rapidly over the past few years and, as a result, little information is known about the individuals working in these jobs. 

We are conducting a unique study designed to examine equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) within the sports analytics profession. To our knowledge, this is the first study of its kind and so your responses would contribute to a new understanding about EDI in the sports analytics sector.  

This survey is meant to be answered by anyone who is currently working in sports analytics. For example, if you are an employee, researcher, or student that works for a professional team, amateur sport organization (National/Olympic team), college/university athletic department, academic institution or sport technology company, then we invite you to participate by taking this survey.

The survey: 
– is completely anonymous.
– takes about 10 minutes to complete.
– will be available until Friday, 4 June 2021.
